Forsen International ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Welli mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Our core principle is simple: your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to any server.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Welli does not require any account creation or login. We do not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
  • Location data
  • Health or medical data
  • Photos, camera, or microphone data
  • Browsing history or usage analytics

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All user data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. This includes:

  • Wellness cards (title, scheduled time, icon)
  • Completion records
  • Streak data

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

Welli uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

We use RevenueCat solely to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription status information through the Apple App Store. For details on how RevenueCat handles data, please refer to their Privacy Policy.

Apple App Store (Payment Processing)

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics tools (such as Firebase or Amplitude), or tracking frameworks.

4. Permissions We Request

  • Notifications: To send wellness reminder alerts at your scheduled times
  • Exact Alarms (Android): To ensure reminders are delivered at the precise time you set
  • Boot Completed (Android): To restore your scheduled reminders after device restart

We do not request access to your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or health data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • All data is stored exclusively on your device
  • Deleting the App will permanently remove all associated data
  • No data is retained on any server after app deletion

6. Children's Privacy

Welli is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
