How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store any personal information on external servers.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My reminders are not working. What should I do?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Welli in your device Settings > Notifications > Welli. Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus mode is not blocking notifications.

Will my data be deleted if I uninstall the app?

Yes. Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app will permanently delete all your wellness cards, completion records, and streak data.
