Welcome to Welli. By downloading, installing, or using the Welli mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is operated by Forsen International ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Service Description

Welli is a wellness reminder and habit management tool designed to help you build healthier daily routines through customizable reminders.

Important: Welli is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Version

The free version of Welli includes core functionality with a limit of up to 3 wellness cards.

Premium Subscription

Welli Premium unlocks unlimited wellness cards and custom card creation. Premium is available as:

  • Monthly subscription: $1.99/month
  • Annual subscription: $14.99/year

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy

3. User Responsibilities

By using Welli, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
  • The App is not intended for medical or health diagnosis purposes
  • You are responsible for ensuring reminders meet your personal needs
  • We are not liable for missed reminders due to device settings, system restrictions, or technical issues
  • You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the Welli App are the intellectual property of Forsen International and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forsen International shall not be liable for:

  • Any loss of data stored on your device, including wellness cards, completion records, and streak data
  • Any damages arising from service interruptions or technical failures
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
  • Any actions taken or not taken based on reminders or information provided by the App

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
